📋 Description

• Support clients in delivering exceptional service to their customers through telephone and, where applicable, email communication • Work in assigned queues or worklists and meet daily targets of at least 150 outbound calls • Resolve order issues and answer customer account questions • Escalate customer concerns to the proper team • Advise customers of open receivables and obtain payment status, payment timelines, or information about issues preventing payment • Use client-specific systems to review and research account details • Provide invoices and related documentation to account holders • Meet internal quality objectives, including Monthly Account Audits and Call Quality Reviews • Meet performance and productivity requirements based on time-gap or other reporting • Maintain organized electronic files, documents, and emails • Take ownership of assigned accounts and work in group queues as needed • Participate in special projects and initiatives • Meet regularly with the Supervisor for performance reviews and coaching • Seek process improvements and propose ideas • Collaborate across countries and cultures within all regions • Assist in 1st Party AR project work as required • Act as backup to other members of the 1st Party AR Department • Perform other duties as requested • This position has no supervisory responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) • 1 year transferrable experience • Fluency in the English language • Ability to work in a team-based environment in shared tasks and projects • Professional demeanor • Proficient written and verbal communication skills • Proficient comprehension skills • Time management and organizational skills • Basic math skills • Proficient telephone skills • Proficient in MS Office • Ability to meet assigned work schedule • Ability to meet daily targets of at least 150 outbound calls • Ability to work in a remote or office environment • Ability to perform repetitive typing and computer mouse usage • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
