📋 Description

• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements with stakeholders. • Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. • Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and backlog refinement sessions. • Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities. • Support requirements prioritization with Product Owners and stakeholders. • Ensure requirements traceability throughout the software development lifecycle. • Collaborate with development, QA, and UX teams to ensure accurate implementation. • Assist in user acceptance testing and validate delivered solutions against business needs. • Maintain BRDs, process flows, and functional specifications. • Support cross-functional delivery teams working on federal IT modernization initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role. • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Experience working in structured or regulated environments. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Experience supporting federal government contracts or public-sector initiatives. • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar. • Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). • Knowledge of UX/UI principles or customer experience design. • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile-related certifications. • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer. • Must not require current or future sponsorship to work in the United States.
