• Deliver regulatory compliant, high-quality product installation and customer training. • Coordinate with Customer Implementation Team to create Implementation Plans. • Execute technical installation activities including equipment assembly and software configuration. • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards during installation activities. • Document and escalate installation issues as necessary. • Participate in Technical Implementation Team Meetings to maximize efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field; equivalent experience will be considered. • Approximately 3+ years of experience performing technical installation, field service or complex equipment deployment in a regulated environment (ISO, FDA, MDR, etc.) is preferred. • Background in medical devices, healthcare technology, or complex equipment installations is preferred. • Previous experience with installation management applications, CRM systems, and analytics tools is preferred.
