📋 Description

• Create and maintain schedules for multiple clients/projects simultaneously • Identify and communicate critical paths and project delivery conflicts • Provide feedback on risks associated with schedule changes • Provide schedule feedback during the pursuit stage of potential projects • Participate in internal and external meetings during project execution • Create and maintain resource plans for multiple clients/projects simultaneously • Identify resource leveling opportunities, training needs, and gaps • Provide feedback on risks associated with schedule/scope changes • Provide resource availability feedback during project pursuits and execution meetings • Drive resource allocation, including hard and soft booking of resources • Cultivate relationships with departments, production teams, governmental institutions, contractors, and construction firms • Liaise between the engineering team and stakeholders • Collaborate with partners to assign resources, balance workloads, and prioritize tasks • Maintain relationships with service partners to leverage resources and fulfill project needs • Lead internal and external staffing and planning meetings within Professional Services

🎯 Requirements

• Related 2-year degree or practical work experience • 3 years' experience or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience with scheduling software applications on projects • Large project experience is desirable • Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, and Deltek VantagePoint • Strong project management and resource allocation skills • Strong communication skills • Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
