📋 Description

• Design and facilitate high-impact virtual and in-person training programs combining clinical expertise with effective sales methodologies • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new hires and provide continuous development for tenured staff • Conduct field ride-alongs for real-time coaching and clinical observation • Develop clinical training for healthcare providers to drive technology adoption • Partner with Marketing to support Key Opinion Leaders in peer-to-peer educational initiatives • Build training workflows enabling healthcare providers to incorporate wearable technology into daily clinical practice • Collaborate across Sales and Marketing to ensure training content is clinically accurate and strategic • Manage documentation to meet compliance standards and track performance through KPIs • Lead cross-functional teams through influence without authority and work directly with organizational leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field required • Minimum 3 years of successful experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales required • Proven experience interacting directly with Healthcare Professionals, including developing or facilitating external medical education, KOL management, or peer-to-peer programs • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills • Ability to translate clinical and technical information into clear, actionable training • Strong clinical acumen and ability to present scientific data to internal sales teams and external medical audiences • Ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time domestically • Must physically reside within the United States
