📋 Description

• Provide approximately 6 to 8 hours of direct clinical supervision to associate therapists each week • Conduct approximately 3 to 4 hours of chart review and documentation weekly • Maintain a caseload of approximately 10 client sessions per week • Participate in associate hiring by conducting interviews as needed • Ensure documentation and clinical care meet ethical and quality standards • Collaborate with the clinical leadership team as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold a valid California license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC • Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience in therapy settings • Experience supervising or mentoring associate clinicians preferred • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills • Passion for equity in mental health care and supporting clinician growth
