📋 Description

• Mentoring and growing engineering teams • Working on scheduling products • Leading agile ceremonies • Coaching, mentoring, and onboarding new engineering team members • Identifying future technical needs • Providing feedback and guidance for growth • Hiring engineers for development squads

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience managing a team of Software Engineers • 5+ years of overall development experience, ideally using TypeScript, Node.js, and React • Experience driving the adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows • Deep proficiency with distributed / data-oriented application development and SaaS • Experience planning and leading development efforts on large projects • Previous experience leading and mentoring teams • Excellent communication skills • Experience leading Agile / Scrum ceremonies • Availability for participation in on-call rotation • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
