📋 Description

• Own Cambium's long-term financial strategy and scalable FP&A processes • Transition the finance org from 'accounting-heavy' to 'intelligence-heavy' • Work with CEO on financial diligence for upcoming funding rounds • Oversee financial evaluation for potential strategic acquisitions • Design and execute capital strategy including multi-layered capital stack

🎯 Requirements

• Proven, multi-exit or multi-stage CFO with experience through Series B and beyond • Metrics-driven, entrepreneurial leader who thrives in fast-paced startup environments • Strong executive presence, able to translate complex financial concepts for stakeholders • Led or played a lead role in capital raises greater than $50M • Experience working in both physical and digital product realms • Leadership style aligned with values of extreme ownership, exceptional execution, and people first
