📋 Description

• Oversee multiple practice directors and/or act as a practice director for one practice group • Motivate and provide direction to all branch employees • Responsible for overall branch growth via revenue generating activities/multi-practice group performance • Execute operational focus areas and meet productivity standards • Attract, source and hire talent; train, develop and retain staff • Achieve revenue, margin and operating income goals • Communicate effectively and build collaborative relationships • Create, develop and execute on customer retention and expansion strategy for the branch

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred • 2+ years’ management or equivalent experience required • 2+ years’ talent manager experience required • Proven performance in talent manager and practice director roles • Experience developing and managing budgets • Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills • Proficient in MS Office, databases and other systems
