• Build and maintain sophisticated pricing models for new products and services using cost-plus, value-based, and competitive pricing methodologies. • Conduct regular competitive market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for pricing adjustments. • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop pricing proposals, budgets, and financial simulations for RFPs and contract modifications. • Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to execute discounting frameworks and promotional strategies that drive margin optimization. • Maintain the integrity of pricing data and governance processes, ensuring all quotes and decisions are consistent with company policy. • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of pricing actions; prepare reports for management that highlight successes and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with the Finance team to forecast the revenue impact of pricing changes and support accurate financial reporting. • Identify and implement improvements to pricing tools, workflows, and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy across the department.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related quantitative field (education sector experience is a plus). • Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or SQL. • Deep understanding of pricing methodologies, margin analysis, and statistical modeling. • Proven ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business recommendations. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present technical pricing data clearly to non-technical stakeholders and mid-level management. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple project deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
