📋 Description

• Own each customer interaction, ensuring every person who reaches out feels heard, helped, and valued • Respond to comments, questions, and direct messages across all brand social platforms in a timely, accurate, and on-brand way • Proactively engage with followers, community members, and relevant conversations • Participate authentically in spaces where the audience gathers, including Facebook and Reddit • Write in the Camping World brand voice while adapting to each platform's tone and culture • Resolve issues with empathy and turn challenging interactions into positive experiences • Escalate when needed and follow through until resolution • Monitor brand mentions and social conversations to identify engagement opportunities and surface issues requiring attention • Work independently and own work from start to finish as part of the Community Experience team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write with clarity, personality, and tonal awareness across platforms • Fluency on Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Threads, Reddit, and LinkedIn, with understanding of each platform's culture and expectations • Critical thinking and sound judgment • Ability to engage proactively and reactively, shifting between initiating and resolving conversations • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations across multiple platforms independently • High school diploma or equivalent required • Must be authorized to work in the United States
