📋 Description

• Work directly with the co-founder and CEO to define, refine, and own product direction • Develop intuitive product flows that reduce cognitive load and eliminate user error • Collaborate closely with design and engineering to ensure seamless, intentional UX • Prioritize simplicity and clarity in language, layout, and product decisions • Understand user behavior and identify friction points before they cause problems • Translate high-level goals into clearly defined, well-scoped product specifications and flows • Advocate for excellent UX and customer empathy throughout development • Own the product roadmap and ensure consistent progress on core product quality

🎯 Requirements

• Typically, 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS • Track record of shipping clean, simple, high-clarity user experiences • Deep intuition for UX and user behavior • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to give and receive direct feedback • Ability to work independently with high ownership and initiative • Experience working with early-stage teams or fast-paced startups
