📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients, understanding their digital banking needs and challenges • Represent our Digital Banking Platform throughout the sales process by preparing and delivering effective demonstrations, presentations and technical workshops • Work closely with the sales team to provide pre-sales technical expertise, including responding to RFPs/RFIs and conducting solution assessments • Collaborate with product management and development teams to relay customer feedback and influence future product enhancements • Assist in the implementation process by ensuring the proposed solutions align with client expectations and technical requirements • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at financial institutions • Stay up to date on digital banking trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to provide thought leadership • Maintain Subject Matter Expertise (SME) specific to Business Banking, Payments, and back-office processes • Convey customer and prospect feedback specific to the Business Banking and Payments solutions to the broader team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field • 3-7 years of experience in a Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Business Analyst role within the digital banking or fintech industry • Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, core banking systems, APIs, and fintech integrations • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Experience with cloud-based banking solutions, mobile banking, payments, and security best practices is a plus • Ability to convey authority and expertise to effectively work with prospects and clients • Excellent and proven presentation skills for both onsite and virtual delivery • Strong organizational, collaboration, and written/oral communication skills • Solid time management skills with the ability to work independently • Willingness to travel as needed.
