📋 Description

• Process Accounts Payable invoices and vendor payments accurately and timely • Review vendor payment requests and supporting documentation • Maintain AP records and resolve basic vendor payment or invoice discrepancies • Review payroll reports and prepare and record payroll-related journal entries in NetSuite • Support routine general ledger activities and accounting entries • Assist with account reconciliations and investigate basic discrepancies • Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules • Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation • Enter data and review financial transactions for accuracy and completeness • Follow accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls • Support ad-hoc accounting projects and process improvement initiatives • Collaborate with Accounting, Controllership, and Finance teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field • 0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, or a related field • Basic understanding of accounting principles and general ledger concepts • Experience with an ERP or accounting system preferred; NetSuite experience is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets • Ability to perform basic calculations and data analysis • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial information • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to follow established processes and communicate discrepancies or issues • Ability to work independently and collaborate with the Finance team • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities
