📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with clients as an essential member of the project team • Configure Arize to satisfy customer requirements under the Engagement Leader’s guidance • Recommend system setup choices using behavioral healthcare standards • Perform software and integration testing of implemented systems and solutions • Resolve issues requiring changes to implemented applications and solutions • Document and analyze workflows and processes to identify business needs and improvement opportunities • Develop new forms and workflows as needed • Gather and review customer business requirements and assist in writing user requirement documents • Evaluate and troubleshoot final system implementations • Provide training and end-user support during and after implementation • Participate in testing application updates and new customer features • Perform other assigned duties and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (i.e., healthcare informatics, business administration, etc.) or equivalent experience that supports clinical expertise • Proven experience in healthcare IT, business analysis or a related field • Strong working knowledge of Information Technology, software solutions, and software management systems • Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills • Strong troubleshooting ability • Strong analytical skills • Effective interpersonal and people skills • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Ability to anticipate issues and risks and proactively develop alternatives • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to travel • Prior experience in healthcare, behavioral healthcare, software development, and/or SaaS environment preferred
