📋 Description

• Lead and coach multiple Agile product teams aligned to key business value streams • Drive delivery planning, execution, flow optimization, and continuous improvement • Partner with Product Owners, business leaders, architects, and technology teams • Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and improve delivery predictability • Facilitate quarterly planning, roadmap alignment, and capacity planning activities • Establish and monitor delivery metrics, team health, and value realization outcomes • Coach teams and leaders on Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and product operating model practices • Support Capital's transformation to a value-stream and product-centric delivery model • Translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes while advancing organizational agility and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of Agile delivery, program management, product delivery, or related experience • Minimum 5 years as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Program Manager, or similar role • Experience leading multiple Agile teams and cross-functional initiatives • Excellent facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and product operating models • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Must hold at least one of: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or SAFe Agilist (SA) • Ability to frequently sit, use hands and fingers, talk, hear, and see • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 5 pounds
