• Lead a team of process managers in delivering flawlessly executed processes • Create, validate, and modify business and system processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Design and produce metrics to measure process outcomes and drive continuous improvement • Analyze data trends to ensure data integrity and install benchmarks • Educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders on process utilization and execution • Drive process improvements aligned with customer outcomes and business goals • Provide settlement subject matter expertise in projects and meetings • Collaborate across teams and levels to influence and implement change • Maintain formal process documentation, including procedures and flow diagrams
• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience • At least 5 years of experience in Process Management • At least 2 years of experience in Project Management • At least 2 years of experience in People Management • Masters or MBA degree (Preferred) • 6+ years of experience in Process Management (Preferred) • 3+ years of experience in Project Management (Preferred) • 4+ years of experience in People Management (Preferred) • PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management certification (Preferred)
