📋 Description

• Supervise the A/R and Collections Department • Provide leadership and oversight for Radiology accounts receivable • Ensure timely billing and resolution of receivables • Evaluate reimbursement according to contracts and government regulations • Enforce revenue cycle operational policies and procedures • Provide team leadership and drive team performance • Identify, establish, and implement internal controls for a compliant environment • Coordinate development of programs and processes for Revenue Cycle operational areas • Identify strategies to improve financial performance • Direct the team and help establish efficient Revenue Cycle operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Self-starting attitude and outstanding work ethic • Proper references • Ability to manage time effectively and plan accordingly • Natural drive to succeed • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Ability to apply broad knowledge to new circumstances • Three years of related experience • Experience managing medical accounts receivable, claim billings, follow-up, and denial management processes
