📋 Description

• Spearhead the strategic and operational growth of cut produce divisions • Ensure divisions function efficiently and cost-effectively while meeting organizational goals • Analyze divisional P&L to drive strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities • Champion merchandising strategies and brand management • Set, communicate, and execute the strategic direction of operations • Partner with executive teams to realize company objectives • Foster collaboration across divisions • Drive technological advancements and procedural improvements • Oversee departmental budgets and deliver performance insights to senior executives • Monitor industry trends and best practices in operations management • Ensure brand and regulatory compliance • Drive sales growth and outperform targets • Enforce brand consistency and quality through corporate sourcing adherence • Recruit and support franchisees • Monitor franchisee operations and ensure alignment with organizational standards • Lead recruitment, training, mentoring, performance reviews, scheduling, discipline, and terminations for team members • Coordinate schedules for reporting managers and direct reports • Assess business procedures and drive continuous improvement • Ensure safe, conducive work environments • Inspect and assess store operations • Build partnerships with store managers, franchisees, and merchandisers • Ensure training across divisions and business lines • Visit franchise locations, interact with staff, observe operations, and potentially handle produce

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration • At least 8 years of diversified experience in a related role • Candidates should either possess the ServSafe Manager Certification upon joining or acquire it within an agreed timeframe post-hiring • Comprehensive understanding of business and finance concepts • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient managerial and diplomacy capabilities • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite • Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities • Comprehensive understanding of product lines, inventory management, and store operations • Knowledge of food safety, brand compliance, and associated audit processes • Proven managerial skills and mentoring proficiency • Able to lift up to 25 pounds • Frequent travel within the assigned region and occasional national trips
