📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple customer projects • Establish relationships with customer stakeholders and manage project communication and expectations • Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, and budget • Track project progress and adherence to milestones • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies • Manage scope changes, budget adjustments, and timeline shifts through structured change control • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resource allocation • Maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, and lessons learned • Provide updates to leadership and customers • Lead full project lifecycles for enterprise customer implementations, including data integrations, custom configurations, and multi-system architectures • Serve as the primary accountability point for enterprise customer stakeholders, including VP/C-suite sponsors • Partner with Solution Architects, Engineering, and Technical Consultants on technical risk, integration complexity, and deployment readiness • Mentor junior and mid-level Project Managers • Drive continuous improvement of enterprise delivery methodology, tooling, and technical playbooks • Deliver executive-level status reporting, risk registers, and escalation summaries

🎯 Requirements

• PMP certification required • 10+ years of project management experience, with significant experience managing enterprise SaaS implementations or deployments • Strong technical acumen in data integration/ETL concepts, APIs, system architecture, and enterprise IT environments • Experience with incentive compensation management, sales performance management, or related enterprise financial/SaaS software highly desirable • Demonstrated track record delivering complex, multi-phase enterprise implementations on time and on budget • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management experience with VP/C-suite customer sponsors • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Eligibility to work in the United States
