📋 Description

• Conduct a 10-week scheduling assessment at a large East Coast health system • Pull and interpret Epic reports and dashboards, including provider utilization, slot availability, no-show rates, and fill rates • Compile utilization, capacity, demand, and waste assessments across ambulatory and imaging departments • Identify hotspot providers and departments for deeper review • Evaluate scheduling rules, decision trees, visit type configuration, block usage, session limits, modifiers, and fast pass settings • Assess online scheduling slot visibility and security differentiation between the Clinical Access Center and practice schedulers • Evaluate MyChart self-scheduling configuration and barriers to adoption • Assess readiness for Epic scheduling enhancements • Support standard Cadence functions, including scheduling templates, provider utilization, decision trees, and visit type configuration • Collaborate with existing analysts to maintain and optimize scheduling workflows • Provide Cadence and Referrals expertise to strengthen the client's team capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Epic Cadence and Referrals certifications required • 10+ years of Epic experience with Cadence, Prelude, Welcome, and related modules • Strong background in workflow analysis, scheduling optimization, and decision tree configuration • Proven ability to analyze and interpret Epic reports and dashboards • Excellent communication skills • Ability to collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders
