• Data Analysts collect data, such as sales numbers or market research, to help companies make the right decisions. • After gathering all relevant information, these professionals extract insights from the vast amount of collected data through statistical and analytical techniques that detect patterns and trends. • Data Analysts also collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and help them develop tools for collecting, organizing and analyzing information. • This work encompasses several duties and responsibilities, including generating reports and visualizations for stakeholders and helping leadership with strategic planning based on the insights gleaned from their work.

• Consulting with executives and other business leaders to identify improvement opportunities • Understanding of Zoho and fundamentals • Creating reports for internal teams, external clients and/or stakeholders • Collaborating with team members to collect and analyze data • Visualizing data with graphs, infographics and other methods • Structuring large data sets to find usable information • Crafting presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings • Assisting with managed IT services for clients • Help clients with web development needs • Establishing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
