• Managing the candidate interview process including all scheduling, administrative and logistical details for the hiring manager and staffing agency. • Facilitate the candidate on-boarding process by initiating offer and working closely with staffing agencies to facilitate pre-employment requirements. • Ability to provide feedback and guidance to both suppliers/vendors as well as internal hiring teams. • Responsible for managing administrative duties in VMS tool (Magnit). • Manage the onboarding process for contract and temporary labor.
• 2+ years of relevant experience, preferred • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred • Advanced Computer Skills required • Strong written and verbal communications skills • Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work in a high pace manner • Understanding of Vendor Management System (VMS), preferred • Ability to prioritize tasks and deliverables
