📋 Description

• Serve as the strategic link between business and technology teams, translating supply chain challenges into scalable product and technology solutions • Lead product discovery through stakeholder interviews, operational observations, customer feedback, data analysis, and process mapping • Develop and maintain multi-year product and technology roadmaps • Build data-driven investment business cases quantifying cost savings, productivity gains, working capital improvements, service enhancements, and ROI • Lead multiple concurrent product initiatives and ensure delivery of business value • Lead complex initiatives from concept through implementation, defining scope, metrics, dependencies, and risks • Influence leadership decision-making through executive presentations and fact-based recommendations • Establish and monitor product metrics, KPIs, and OKRs • Partner with Supply Chain Operations, Distribution, Transportation, Inventory Management, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams • Drive adoption of product management best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, Distribution or related disciplines, preferred • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred • Proven experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment business cases for enterprise technology solutions • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success identifying cost savings opportunities, evaluating trade-offs, and building ROI-based recommendations • Experience presenting recommendations, business cases, and strategic roadmaps to senior leaders and executive stakeholders • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive initiatives with limited direction • Deep understanding of supply chain business processes and integration points among IMS, WMS, TMS, and related supply chain platforms • Proven success serving as a Supply Chain Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) • Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority • Strong analytical capabilities using data, metrics, financial models, and business insights • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills • Ability to work within EST or CST business hours
