📋 Description

• Own the product vision, mission, and purpose by understanding user interactions and anticipating needs based on behavior, data, and trends • Establish a value-based roadmap with internal and external stakeholders • Manage product deliverables and liaise between stakeholders and the development team • Act as a subject-matter expert on business processes and requirements • Translate product strategy and business requirements into features • Manage and prioritize the product backlog • Create user stories and acceptance criteria communicating product objectives and requirements • Communicate with stakeholders to mitigate escalations and risks • Drive requirements gathering, backlog grooming, sprint planning, product demos, and sprint retrospectives • Lead product demos and forums supporting long-term strategic development • Lead Agile product delivery as the voice of the customer within the Scrum team • Continuously adapt product direction based on stakeholder feedback, business value, and market needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; and/or equivalent work experience required • Minimum 2 years of experience in product development • SAFe/Scrum certification preferred • Strong project management skills • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives • Experience with front and back-end engineering teams • Strong stakeholder management skills • Strong presentation skills • Detail-oriented work ethic • Healthcare experience preferred • Technical development competencies and understanding; must know and understand SDLC • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Candidates must reside in the United States
