• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. • Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related role. • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify high-quality candidates. • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and ATS. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Experience sourcing for technical or specialized roles is a plus. • Knowledge of labor market trends and recruitment best practices. • Multilingual abilities or experience in a global recruiting environment.
