• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders (HR, TA leaders, hiring managers) • Build strong relationships and ensure high client satisfaction • Provide strategic hiring insights, market intelligence, and workforce planning support • Manage full-cycle recruitment delivery across multiple roles and business units • Monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and SLA adherence • Ensure consistent and scalable recruiting processes • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcers • Drive performance, productivity, and engagement within the team • Handle hiring, onboarding, and training of recruiting staff • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience • Implement best practices, tools, and technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools) • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies • Deliver regular reports and dashboards on hiring metrics • Use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement • Forecast hiring demand and capacity planning
• Recruitment/talent acquisition experience • RPO or managing hiring programs experience • Strong experience managing client relationships • Knowledge of U.S. labor market trends, especially in New York City • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
