📋 Description
• Manage a diverse litigation file with minimal supervision • Cover partnership disputes, construction, HOA, buyer/seller disputes, and land use • Draft and argue motions, taking depositions, and heading to trial
🎯 Requirements
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California • 5+ years of California litigation experience • Proven ability to handle discovery, mediations, and trial prep • Comfortable using AI ethically and responsibly to enhance practice
