📋 Description

• Manage up to 50 - 60 litigation cases, overseeing investigations, strategy development, and trial preparation • Independently negotiate and close six- and seven-figure settlements • Develop aggressive litigation strategies to maximize case value • Conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations as needed • Work efficiently and proactively to push cases forward without excessive oversight • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters • Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and supporting staff to streamline case management and ensure timely case progression

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California • 6 - 10 years of Attorney Plaintiff personal injury experience • Proven ability to secure settlements in the $200K - $1M+ range • Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Excellent litigation and case strategy skills • Self-sufficient—doesn’t require hand-holding or micromanagement
