📋 Description

• Identify, map, measure, analyze, and improve clinical and business processes, problems, and information requirements for assigned applications • Perform current and future workflow analysis and map critical business processes using reengineering techniques, industry standards, and best practices • Prepare business requirements documentation using case diagrams, data flow diagrams, data models, and object models • Evaluate proposed solutions against business and clinical needs • Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications • Prioritize requirements and discuss technological impacts • Configure applicable systems to meet business requirements • Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts • Conduct unit, integration, system, and end-user acceptance testing • Track problem reports and document final outcomes • Develop training materials and provide client, support, trainer, and end-user training • Monitor system functionality and clinical and business processes, implementing changes as needed • Explain assigned applications and related systems to users and assist with application functionality and process flow • Develop and maintain workflows, requirements, specifications, installation instructions, test procedures, user manuals, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines • Complete change and quality control documentation • Communicate project status and upgrades to clinic users, including potential delays or downtime • Manage multiple user requests and priorities • Schedule and manage application version upgrades • Provide application support and troubleshooting and respond to user calls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Computer Science or related field • Typically requires 3 years of experience in business process mapping, analysis, defining business and user requirements, acceptance testing and documentation • Experience using applications, operating systems, databases, basic hardware, platforms, connectivity, and interface design • Experience in healthcare applications • Project management experience and ability to use project management software • Ability to work with minimal supervision, balance multiple tasks, set priorities, and complete assignments timely • Organizational and analytical skills • Strong problem and issue resolution skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to work closely with healthcare application users, vendors, and technical professionals • Ability to translate user requirements into system specifications • Understanding of change management practices and procedures • Understanding of technical components and their relationship to applications • Ability to perform approximately 30% work-related travel • Ability to operate necessary equipment and lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally • No relocation • No sponsorship or transfer of visa now or in the future
