📋 Description

• Develop and implement creative presentations and designs using digital design and presentation applications, techniques, and tools • Create high-end marketing collateral for video, print, social media, and online channels • Concept, develop, and implement creative solutions for videos, presentations, marketing campaigns, infographics, and online tools • Maintain visual design consistency across multiple media • Develop mockups and prototypes from product specifications and user flows • Collaborate with customers on creative design approaches, site maintenance assistance, and revisions • Design PowerPoint presentations and visual communication materials using Word and Adobe Creative Suite • Develop graphics, infographics, icons, and image assets to communicate key messages and data • Convey data through charts, graphs, maps, tables, text, audio, and other multimedia elements • Review presentation materials for accuracy, consistency, brand adherence, and visual quality • Collaborate with creative, leadership, marketing, communications, and other departments • Maintain presentation and document design standards aligned with enterprise brand guidelines • Provide design support for presentations, reports, internal communications, and other visual materials • Develop brochures, posters, flyers, banners, tradeshow materials, and presentations • Incorporate photography and video into modern, trend-aware designs • Identify presentation objectives, target audiences, equipment, and data for graphic communication • Produce and present creative concepts and designs to cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field • Typically 3 years of experience in supporting design, visual arts and digital design • Experience in concepting for print, web and broadcast/interactive mediums • Experience creating designs that are visually inviting, functional, dynamic, effective, and capable of maintaining the brand image • Solid understanding of marketing principles, advertising, public relations and design • Experience developing creative designs for varied audiences and media types, including online and offline media • Strong computer skills including PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Apple Keynote, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript • Understanding of video editing, 3D animation and photography • Expertise in visual communication, including technical aspects of design, layout, color, and typography • Ability to organize and prioritize work independently, manage multiple projects, meet production standards, and maintain a flexible schedule • Ability to collaborate with others and stay current with healthcare and global trends
