📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, performance, scalability, and upgradability • Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical ServiceNow solutions • Consult with users to identify, evaluate, and formulate improvement strategies • Manage and support changes and enhancements, including analysis, testing, change management, and user input processes • Execute the ServiceNow platform strategy and advocate for its organizational value • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities and implement compliant best-practice solutions • Oversee development, execution, administration, and evaluation of system processes and mechanisms • Oversee end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions configured to industry standards • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring collaboration, service agreement adherence, and timely issue resolution • Define and track KPIs measuring ServiceNow platform effectiveness and success • Design and direct team work; select, coach, develop, motivate, and manage team performance • Recommend operating and capital budgets and control expenditures within approved objectives • Ensure compliance with the organization’s Code of Ethical Conduct, policies, regulations, and applicable laws • Travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field • 3 years of experience in information technology and ServiceNow within a complex environment • 1 year of management experience in project management and managing multi-discipline work teams • Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through day-to-day management • Advanced project management skills • Knowledge of enterprise organizational structures, workflow, business system architecture, and technology • Ability to translate technical requirements into project design and implementation requirements • Negotiation and facilitation skills • Ability to explain and communicate technical design decisions to customers • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and complete assignments thoroughly and timely • Knowledge of best practices in information systems operations, regulations, and guidelines • Experience establishing working relationships and partnering with various teams • Strong communication skills • No licensure, registration, or certification required • No relocation, sponsorship, or transfer of visa available
