📋 Description

• Provide end user support for technology-related issues and track support tickets in Jira • Provision employee laptops using manual and automated processes and mobile device management software • Manage the full account lifecycle from creation to decommissioning, including groups and application assignments • Provide user support and training on core business tools such as Email, Chat, and Wiki • Manage inventory, order and ship technology supplies, maintain adequate stock, and track assets • Develop and deliver training to help employees adopt technologies and use systems and infrastructure effectively • Educate users on tools and infrastructure systems, advocating for security and secure computing • Assist the Senior IT Engineer as the primary point of contact for corporate IT • Participate in security development opportunities including log review, phishing investigations, incident triage and response, and security runbook updates • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Strong familiarity with supporting users of MacOS, Windows, and Linux Desktop, including audio/video system support • Clear desire to help people enhance their job functions through the use of technology • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency at writing end user documentation (HowTo, as-built documentation) for technical and non-technical audiences • Willingness to dive into problems whether familiar or not • Commitment to continuous improvement for the team • At least 2 years experience working in end user IT support • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence • Familiarity with device management tools such as Automox and/or Jamf • Familiarity with Google Workspace administration • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (SAML, OATH, OIDC); Access control
