📋 Description

• Answer incoming customer calls with clear, empathetic, and professional phone support • Make outbound calls to customers in queue, service facilities, and other departments • Manage the call queue effectively • Maintain a calm and patient demeanor with frustrated customers • Guide customers through troubleshooting operational issues with their RVs • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in appropriate systems • Communicate program coverage to callers and answer questions thoroughly • Stay current with RV brands, models, and configurations • Explain differences among travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes, toy haulers, and camper vans

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality • Knowledge of RVs and roadside assistance • ASE/RVTI/MFG certification or equivalent desired but not required • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position • Previous experience in the automotive or RV industry, such as RV repair technician, technical support agent, service advisor, parts person, or warranty administrator • Deep understanding of RV components, systems, and construction • Strong knowledge of slide-out functions and leveling jacks • Strong knowledge of 110V and 12V electrical systems, battery charging, and power distribution • Knowledge of RV maintenance, winterization, and de-winterization • Knowledge of touch control systems and electronic components • Knowledge of refrigerators, air conditioners, stoves, furnaces, water heaters, LP gas systems, fresh/grey/black tanks, and generators • Strong knowledge of braking systems, tires, wheels, hubs, and suspensions • Strong knowledge and understanding of RV chassis and structural types • Strong knowledge of gas, diesel, and electric powertrains, chassis, and drivetrains • Knowledge of RV brands, models, and configurations • Understanding of travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes (Class A, B, C), toy haulers, and camper vans
