📋 Description

• Perform advanced financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making across healthcare, academic, and corporate operations • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for cash forecasting, capital planning, treasury management, and scenario analysis • Conduct benchmarking, KPI analysis, and variance reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Oversee budgeting processes, cost accounting, and productivity standards; provide recommendations for process improvements • Lead or coordinate complex financial projects, including business development assessments, program reviews, and reconciliation variances • Mentor accounting staff and provide financial systems training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field • 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting • Preferred CPA or CMA or CFP certification • Proficiency in Kodiak, Epic, Workday • Advanced Excel skills
