📋 Description

• Manage the development and execution of healthcare information technology demands and projects • Ensure adherence to budget, schedule, scope, business needs, and Enterprise Project Management Office processes • Establish targets, benchmarks, and success criteria for project delivery • Plan, organize, control, and evaluate projects from initiation through implementation • Coordinate project resources, people, equipment, vendors, stakeholders, and IT owners • Develop project demands and capture stakeholders, objectives, requirements, dates, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, decisions, assumptions, issues, and actions • Monitor demand approval progress • Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, project plans, and financial records • Align and prioritize projects and demands on the multi-year technology investment roadmap • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with enterprise technical direction and architectural practices • Develop and manage strategic project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, and changes • Track deliverables against project objectives and execute risk mitigation plans • Manage scope, schedule, and budget changes through change control processes • Organize or participate in site visits, create site layouts, and determine equipment and infrastructure placement when necessary • Monitor and document project milestone and deliverable progress and evaluate work quality • Lead project teams and stakeholders in identifying and resolving problems • Establish RACI matrices, escalation paths, communication plans, status meetings, and executive reporting • Assign duties and responsibilities to project team members and support teammates on project management methodologies • Conduct post-implementation evaluations and lessons-learned sessions • Ensure accurate, complete, and well-planned production changes following change guidelines • Contribute lessons learned to Organizational Process Assets and the knowledge base • Maintain and improve demand and project management processes, techniques, tools, and methodology based on best practices • Keep abreast of strategies and trends and implement productivity improvements • Contribute toward department performance KRA goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of experience (or equivalent knowledge) in Information Technology or related field • Typically requires 3 to 6 years of experience • Experience in IT project management with a proven record of successful project delivery • Demonstrated leadership abilities in demand and project management • Ability to establish goals, milestones, and priorities • Ability to instruct, guide, assign, advise, and mentor project teams and Associate level project managers • Proven ability in risk identification, assessment, and contingency planning • Proficiency in project management methodologies and processes • Experience with Microsoft O365 and Strategic Portfolio Management (PPM) tools • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to communicate and present complex concepts concisely • Proven ability to influence without authority • Highly motivated, organized, self-starter with focus on delivery of key project objectives • Effective interpersonal skills to interact professionally with all levels • Facilitation and persuasion skills, especially with executive leaders • Willingness to build and foster internal and external relationships • Demonstrated organizational, planning, prioritization, and time management skills • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Must be able to travel • None required for licensure, registration, and/or certification
