📋 Description

• Assist with all aspects of the J.D. and Graduate (LL.M. & MSL) admissions processes • Review and render decisions or make recommendations on LL.M. and J.D. admissions files • Answer emails from prospective students • Conduct Zoom interviews of applicants • Represent the law school at recruitment fairs, forums, panels and other recruiting events • Counsel students regarding the admissions process • Implement strategies for recruiting and yielding prospective students • Assist the Dean of Admissions, Assistant Dean of Graduate Admissions, and Director and Assistant Director of Admissions with projects as assigned • Attend virtual and/or in-person recruiting events

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. or Master’s Degree required • Experience working in a very fast-paced environment • Strong multitasking abilities • Familiarity with Microsoft, especially Excel • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information • Ability to work with applicants, alumni, faculty, staff and students • Experience with student information systems or similar databases preferred • Working knowledge of web development technologies and emerging social media preferred • Occasional evening and weekend availability may be required • Seasonal recruiting travel may be required
