📋 Description

• Help implement community-based, mixed methods evaluation protocols • Conduct ongoing data collection, entry, and management • Generate reports • Perform literature searches and synthesize findings • Maintain project databases • Conduct qualitative data collection, coding, and analysis • Aid in creating scientific presentations • Disburse participant incentives • Support the PI and Co-I in data analysis and report generation • Convene meetings with internal and external project team members • Perform related research, evaluation, office, and administrative assignments • Interface with project faculty, administrative and student staff, and community-based project partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience • Master’s degree preferred • Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis and software, such as Excel and Atlas.ti • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong research skills • Ability to maintain a research and evaluation library and catalogue of resources • Good organizational and multitasking skills • Knowledge of library and web-related research • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access • Familiarity with database management and data visualization • Ability to travel within the Washington, DC area to complete program activities
