📋 Description

• Support technical aspects of the Mainframe Cobol application product life cycle within one or more application components • Collaborate with customers to understand capability needs and gather project specifications • Create business cases and cost sheet analyses • Translate high-level business needs into detailed requirements for new capabilities and enhancements • Analyze data to identify business problems, trends, and process improvement opportunities • Create and execute test cases, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective action plans • Verify delivery of customer needs and ensure quality delivery • Identify, document, and resolve risks, defects, and issues • Work with senior team members, customers, engineers, architects, and capability managers to capture needs and drive solutions • Maintain deliverables such as business vision, requirements, client personalization, and user interface design • Collaborate on technology development projects across the delivery lifecycle • Support requirements testing, including test plans, scenarios, documentation, and defect management • Ensure compliance with standards and obtain project approvals • Communicate with team members, customers, partners, and management through walkthroughs, sprint reviews, status reporting, vendor enablement, and documentation • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field, or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree • Basic analytical skills • Basic problem-solving skills • Basic communication skills • Preferred: Cobol • Preferred: Mainframe experience • Preferred: Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry • Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field • Ability to comply with HIPAA, data security guidelines, company policies, federal and state laws, rules, and regulations
