📋 Description

• The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and existing documentation. • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, including Salesforce. • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs. • Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams. • Lead process improvement or regular (annual) business processes.

🎯 Requirements

• CANDIDATE MUST BE US Citizen (due to contractual/access requirements) • Bachelor's Degree in Math, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, Information Science or related field • Minimum 3 years Directly related work experience • Basic understanding of SQL / querying capabilities • Experience with Oracle Cloud Business Intelligence, OTBI, BI Publisher, OACs, FRS, Smartview • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
