📋 Description

• Provide leadership oversight to a group of project managers within a value stream. • Support individual project managers in the delivery of the projects within their domain. • Ensure all delivery management processes are being followed correctly. • Provide training and mentoring to project managers to improve their skills. • Step in to support stakeholder management when additional leadership support is required. • Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department. • Develop and implement policies and programs as necessary. • Manage assignment of project managers to specific requests for work. • Support delivery owner in allocation of resources from across the matrixed organization. • Resolve conflicts in scheduling requiring cross-domain coordination. • Validate that all project budget and time tracking progress is completed correctly and timely. • Engage and help address any project with budget variances. • Facilitate lessons learned activities for projects that are closing out. • Ensure all project artifacts are documented and archived. • Be prepared to manage escalations for projects in their domains. • Regularly meet with stakeholders for critical projects. • Ensure issues for project are properly escalated to senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Technology or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor’s degree. • 7 years of Project Delivery Experience • 7 years of Client Relationship Management • 3 years of Team Leadership and Management (Preferred) • PMI - Project Management Professional (Preferred)
