📋 Description

• Support the HOD in controlling and monitoring revenue realization for all projects according to budget and forecast • Establish practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to mature project capabilities • Collaborate across departments and regions to meet product delivery demands • Lead creation and execution of project plans, including staffing, resource management, and budgeting • Interface with clients and staff, manage escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction • Interact with C-level management of Körber Pharma Software and customers • Support hiring and train others in the area of expertise • Manage national and international regulated-industry projects through the full project life cycle • Identify, report, and manage risks • Develop subject-matter expertise, knowledge, skills, and processes • Execute project-related control tasks with the control team • Advise customers on project management and implementing business requirements • Lead, build, and motivate project teams to achieve goals and milestones • Procure resources to achieve project objectives within planned timeframes • Monitor and analyze team workload to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities • Support sales in identifying upselling opportunities and winning new customer projects • Perform additional duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a science or computer science • MBA or Master of Science degree preferred • Knowledge of MES/ERP systems general architecture and broad understanding of business functions • Strong analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Preferred certifications and experience aligned with area of expertise, such as PMP certification • Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills • Experience leading, motivating, and managing project and program teams, including internal and external resources • Experience presenting to executive sponsors and technical and non-technical staff • Ability to influence and gain buy-in from executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines • Interpersonal skills to influence change and facilitate performance in a cross-functional environment • Decisiveness in resolving problems, making decisions, and prioritizing
