📋 Description

• Manage multiple concurrent and often complex projects as per defined scope and process guidelines • Collaborate with global stakeholders (recruiting partners, hiring managers, interviewers etc.) to share and align on the process and deliverables • Support the team in early identification of emerging risks and escalates issues to ensure risk mitigation plans are identified before issues arise • Ensure Project Sponsors and stakeholders are regularly engaged for input/consultation communicating any emerging risks and corresponding mitigation plans. Provide transparent and timely reporting to all stakeholders • Proactively assesses cross-project impacts, cross-project resources, and dependencies and communicates potential impacts across the enterprise • Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication creation • Partner with team members to ensure project priorities are clear • Track and measure project metrics and ensure necessary insights are collected, shared and acted on • Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks • Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines and status • Help refine Recruiting communications - i.e. content delivery strategy • Reduce surprises during execution and own project management and progress reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of project/program management experience • Experience using MS Office tools • Experience working across various levels of the organization • Demonstrated experience dealing with sensitive & confidential information • Experience managing multiple projects and deliver work on timelines • Proven communication and interpersonal experience
