📋 Description

• Develop advanced analytics and data science solutions supporting business decisions, processes, and strategic initiatives • Apply statistical and machine learning methodologies • Develop predictive models and analyze complex datasets • Visualize results to support data-driven decision-making • Participate in the end-to-end analytics lifecycle from business-question understanding and data exploration through model development, evaluation, visualization, and delivery • Explore new data sources, analytical tools, and emerging techniques • Conduct exploratory and statistical analysis • Prepare and transform data • Evaluate model results • Research new analytical approaches • Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and business audiences • Participate in projects, programs, unit initiatives, research, and reporting under supervision • Provide recommendations or alternative proposals for action • Comply with HIPAA, data-security guidelines, company policies, applicable laws, and the Code of Business Conduct

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. independently • Bachelor’s degree • Pursuance of a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university • Preferred: pursuing a graduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another related quantitative discipline • Preferred: coursework, research, or project experience involving predictive modeling, machine learning, statistical analysis, or advanced analytics • Preferred: experience working with large or complex datasets through academic research, internships, professional experience, or graduate coursework • Preferred: familiarity with programming and analytical tools commonly used for data science and statistical modeling • Preferred: experience with data preparation, exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation • Preferred: experience developing data visualizations and presenting analytical findings to diverse audiences • Preferred: knowledge of machine learning concepts, statistical modeling techniques, and predictive analytics methodologies • Preferred: ability to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations • Preferred: interest in emerging data science technologies, analytical techniques, and new data sources
