📋 Description

• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate clinical functions and improve information technology systems • Develop and maintain electronic medical record, ancillary application, and inter-related systems to meet user and regulatory needs • Design and build within assigned Epic Cadence application/system for providers, staff, and patients • Develop tools supporting healthcare delivery while ensuring security and efficiency • Design, build, and install application upgrades and new implementations • Troubleshoot application issues and determine resolutions • Perform required maintenance tasks for assigned applications • Review and test newly released software changes • Maintain documentation reflecting current system state and configurations • Prepare programming and integration specifications • Meet project deadlines and communicate progress and risks to leadership and customers

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree • Associate's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree • 4 years of experience with a High School Diploma • 2 years of experience with an Associate's Degree • Technical proficiency and appropriate pre-employment screening • Epic application certification required after initial onboarding and maintained as required by Epic (CEE) • Relevant healthcare, teaching, or adult learning/training experience preferred • Prior Epic training experience preferred • Excellent communication and facilitation skills • Prior implementation experience is a plus • Proof of citizenship or immigration status and lawful right to work in the United States required
