📋 Description

• Guide drilling units from initial design through production • Protect leasehold, mitigate development risk, and deliver units on schedule • Review unit boundaries, acreage, ownership, and well layouts for accuracy and compliance • Analyze lease terms for pooling restrictions, expirations, consent requirements, and other development constraints • Review proposed wells and units for land, title, ownership, and contractual issues • Calculate, forecast, and validate working interest and net revenue interest • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve lease, title, ownership, and third-party interest issues • Prepare, review, and record unit documentation • Maintain accurate unit development information and documentation in company systems

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry • Associate’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • High attention to detail and ability to reconcile complex ownership and acreage information • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities • Knowledge of oil and gas land, leasing, title, ownership, and unit development concepts • Experience with land-management, mapping, or data-analysis systems • Remote work excludes California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee unless willing to relocate
