📋 Description

• Provide integration support to English and Spanish-speaking customers integrating NMI's payment solutions • Work with customers to ensure required functionality and correct software flow • Maintain personal implementations of NMI products to understand solution functionality, including SDK updates • Create and update internal and external product documentation • Serve as a technical integration contact for NMI colleagues • Contribute to projects as required

🎯 Requirements

• Professional fluency in Spanish and English, with clear and confident technical communication in written and spoken formats • Experience coding in Objective-C, or willingness to learn • Experience coding in at least one of C#, C++, or Java • Good understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems • Basic networking understanding for supporting network-related issues • Customer-centric approach and excellent customer service skills • Ability to prioritize workload and identify high-priority tasks • Ability to explain technical information to customers with varying technical knowledge • Strong problem-solving skills • Outside-the-box thinking and initiative • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Positive can-do attitude • Proactive approach to tasks • Preferred: experience with CSS, HTML, and PHP • Preferred: experience with Windows Server and/or Windows CE • Preferred: experience using a customer ticketing system • Preferred: experience in the payments industry • Preferred: knowledge of development frameworks • Employment eligibility in the United States • Satisfactory background and financial checks required for employment
