📋 Description

• Perform maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration of Honeywell control systems • Validate customer requests and maintain customer relationships • Communicate periodically with customers about technical and administrative issues • Provide customer support for Honeywell Control Systems and service-related inquiries • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Honeywell hardware/software, including Experion PKS, LCN, and TPS/DCS systems • Upgrade Experion software releases on live control systems without interrupting industrial processes • Migrate legacy Honeywell control systems to new technology offerings • Understand customer processes and economic drivers and provide research and recommendations • Assist Sales during sales pursuits and represent Honeywell to end-users • Learn end-to-end product and solution development, delivery, and execution • Apply technical expertise to improve customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years of professional experience in a related field such as field service, technical operations, industrial maintenance, process automation, heavy manufacturing, prior military experience, development and/or reliability engineering • Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the time, up to 2 weeks away from home at once (VA, NC, TN) • Ability to obtain multiple L3 certifications within 18 months • Experience upgrading and migrating legacy control systems to new technology platforms without disrupting industrial processes • Experience with control systems and Industrial IT environments • Software configuration, migration, project engineering, virtualization, cyber process control, electrical, or other relevant application experience • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math is valued • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills • Self-reliance and ability to learn independently • Must be a US citizen, permanent resident, asylum/refugee, or able to get export approval
