• 6 or more years’ experience in supply chain, distribution, or logistics • Relationship responsibility for managing Accounts, Suppliers or Vendors • Technical understanding of software solutions and SaaS • Bachelor's degree • Significant consulting experience in a B2B environment; or Solution selling • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships • Strong verbal and written communications skills • Experience with financial management and analysis • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills • Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction • Ability to achieve results through influence in a fast-paced, highly matrixed-team environment • Ability to communicate effectively across language and cultural barriers across a broader organization
