• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Honeywell building automation systems and related equipment. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues on-site to minimize downtime and maximize system performance. • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction. • Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed. • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions based on field experience.
• Proven experience in field service or technical support roles related to building automation or similar systems. • Strong knowledge of HVAC, control systems, and electrical troubleshooting techniques. • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software used in building automation system maintenance and repair. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams. • Experience working with Honeywell building automation products and software is highly desirable. • Willing to work independently and travel to customer sites (requiring overnight stay occasionally) • Willing to work on a rotating emergency on-call shift which includes nights and weekends. • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related technical field. • N4 (Niagra) Certification preferred. • 5+ years of experience in field service or technical roles within building automation or related industries. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Good organizational skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in building systems.
